Time-Optimized Model

In this model, the flexible E-G Learning Management System provides a combination of Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Computer Based Training (CBT). One day of ILT content may be combined with a day of CBT exercises and tests. Short CBT refresher courses and further in-depth training of specialized topics may follow in 2- to 3-week intervals. A training verification test may be taken after three to six months.
